I've played this some time ago, but I still maintain it's probably one of the few games of this kind I've played where hunting for endings actually didn't feel like a chore. Each ending adds a bit more to the story, from the perspective of a different character - I didn't feel compelled to get them all because I wanted to complete the game in every possible way, but rather because even the characters that at first I wouldn't been interested in said something in one of the playthroughs that made me want to know more about them. Plus, once you get a certain amount of endings you can actually finally get the whole picture and understand the story better.
I'm not a great fan of the art style: the characters are drawn competently enough, but they're perhaps a bit too cutesy for my taste. There is a bit of a difference between character sprites and event CGs, but it's not so jarring that it would put me off going on playing, and if anything the style for the CGs was more interesting, in my opinion.
It certainly offers a lot of text to read, and the way the choices are handled (some sort of mini game where the player has to connect two ends of an illuminated path) is interesting enough.
I felt the price for it was fair, and the characters likeable, so I'd certainly recommend it.
